The Man Without Fear
and a milestone!
I’ve passed 100 subscribers! Wow, it’s not a ultra humongous number, but it’s 100! Thanks to everyone who has subscribed (and a few extra thanks to my paid subscribers). All of this is proof that hard consistent work pays off and that people are interested in art, and what artists have to say. Thanks again to everyone for your support!
Meanwhile…. it’s been busy without being busy. Strange that when you have less to do life give you more to do. This would explain my lack of posting for the last few days. Some days of life and home stuff leaves you just too wiped to post. Some days I didn’t even sit at the drawing board or Cintiq. I just moved boxes, took kids around, appointments, etc. A broken keyboard tray also doesn’t help when you’re working digitally. The keyboard on the 29” high desk is leading to strain and pain in my arm. My IKEA desk legs are adjustable, and I think I can lower them a bit, but my desk is so large so I’ll need some family teen help. How large? 8 feet of wood counter top. Heavy.
Anyway, enough complaining about that stuff. Here’s Daredevil. A few hours with Painter and Clip Studio. Still playing with the abstraction and searching line idea, and maybe I’ll push it some more in that direction later. In the meantime, this image will be available as a print at my upcoming appearances at the Infinity Toy and Comic Convention in Kissimmee, FL, and Terrificon in Uncasville, CT. It will also be available through my website store.
Off to rest my hand…
Thanks for you support
Jose

Put those teens to work!
