Barda

Big Barda. I don't usually do Jack Kirby characters, but… someone at NYCC or Baltimore mentioned Barda and, sure! I don't know how Kirby would come up with these costumes… Not exactly sure how the collar and cape work. I'll have to pull out more reference!
